Is anyone else getting disconnected from Reckon this morning?

Reckon is disconnecting my session. When will this problem be fixed.

    Morning. I still can't get in either. Reckon helpdesk said its an internet issue, but I have been using the Internet for other things

    3 people in our office are unable to work in Reckon. Our internet is also working fine with other websites otherwise I would not be able to post this. 

    Reckon can you please fix I am 2 hours down on my work now.

    I can get on QuickBooks for about 5 second and then the Gateway session disconnects. This is getting really annoying

    Being that they don't Start for another half an Hour, we wont be getting any replies for Reckon. There should be a NZ person coming on to these community problems.

    Hi Angela/Ian

    Sorry to hear that you are facing problem logging in to Hosted.

    We have observed that 2 degree users are experiencing issues with Hosted.

    Also, we have checked that there seems to be a connection issues with 2 degree broadband network.

    Enclosed message is posted in the 2 degree website.
