Why is the font so small when printing invoices in Reckon One or am I missing a setting? MYOB Invoic

    Yes, I'd like to know that as well, the font is tiny.

    Hi Geoff, Leon,

    Reckon One will adjust the font size to fit the page size selected for printing.  Check whether your printing options on your printer are set to use a page size smaller than A4.

    The changing of page size made absolutely no difference.  The whole invoice is squashed up on the top 1/3 of the page.  Does not look very professional for a professional invoice.  Is there an update on the way to fix this?

    A4 and professional. It made no difference what paper size. I check that first . Tried the standard template and no difference.

    Hi Tracy,

    You mentioned that the whole invoice is squashed up on the top 1/3 of the page.

    Is it possible for you to send me a copy of the Invoice in PDF?

    >Open up your Print Preview for the invoice
    >Print
    >To the top right you will see an icon of a document with an down arrow key
    > Save the file to your desktop

    E-mail the PDF as an attachment to: [email protected]

    Hi Tracey,

    I have received your copy of the invoice, thank you.

    That is the standard layout for the invoicing, the reason for this is to accommodate for further items added to the invoice to fill in the rest of the page,  please see below:

    Can you allow the fonts to be all the same size at least? It is really hard to ready address etc. The only easily read lines are the item lines.

    Even allow the font size to be changed.

    Reckon One, please please please increase the size of the font on all invoices to at least 12pt. It is just too small to expect my customers to squint at my invoices. What on earth possessed you to use size 8pt font??? Actually i think it's size 6pt font!!!

    I agree the print is far to small for people to read easily I understand the need to have it all neat and tidy and fit as much to a page as possible but this is ridiculously small we need to be able to make it bigger

    Im glad I only purchased the trial version first because the font size is a huge failure. BYE..
