    Hi Rav,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Is happens when the programs load up on start up, on backup and when we are required to search for something.

    It generally seems very slow as a program considering its a brand new computer.

    Hi Marie,

    Please check that no workstation is Hosting Multi-User access (File > Utilities - if you see Stop Hosting Multi-user access, click on it).  Only your server should be hosting multi-user access.
