I am having an issue with severe lagging on the reckon hosted site this morning. Is anyone else having this problem? Nothing else seems to be lagging so I am assuming it is a reckon issue.
Hi Rav, yes I have done that already and still experiencing the same problem. We have 2 users logged in and the 2nd user just froze completely. I think this is one for the tech guys...

Are you experiencing this issue when performing a particular task/action within Hosted?
Can you please try fully logging off via File > Exit from within your file and then Settings > Logout
Close your browser and then try again. Do you experience the same issues after this?
