Hi everyone

This post is just a heads up to let you know a number of our phone support lines will be closed from 3:00pm (AEDT) today, 7 October 2016, due to a company-wide internal event.

The phone support teams that will be closed from 3:00pm (AEDT) are:
Payroll Premier & POS Support
1900 Support Line

All other support lines will operate on reduced staff numbers

    Can anyone tell me whether ReckonChat is available for Pro Partners?  I've sent a couple of emails as the page says they are offline.
