Quicken Personal Plus 2010 Attachment issue when restored

I have reinstalled Quicken Personal Plus 2010 on a new PC. After running a restore on the backup file, the attachmenets are not copied over. I have tried copying the attachment folder to the quicken local location, but this doews not work. I still get the no attachments error. Why does restore not restore the backed up files properly, and why does it not work even if I copy the folder over manually?

    Try this. Make a new entry with an attachment. Verify attachment shows and opens. Restart QPP

    That worked, but it created a folder with a different name, so I copied all the attachments into the new folder and it worked. Thanks!
