Reckon Accounts Hosted Maintenance - 28 January 2017

Hi everyone,
 
Reckon Accounts Hosted will be undergoing scheduled maintenance this weekend.

Maintenance will be carried out between:

10PM and 11PM (AEDT) Saturday 28 January 2017

12AM and 1AM (NZDT) Sunday 29 January 2017

You will be unable to log in to the Accounts Hosted service during this time.

We recommend that you log out of Accounts Hosted prior to the maintenance period occurring, any users logged in at the start of the maintenance, will be logged out automatically. 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Hi, I already cannot login now (still 27 Jan). Has the maintenance started already?

    I understand that there is Maintenance for tonight at 10pm but didn't expect it to impact the running of our business like it has from 9.30am on the morning of the maintenance.?

    Yes I tried to login this morning but telling my my account as expired? I'm an AP so account shouldn't expire.  Is this part of maintenance issue?  Thanks

    Hi guys, Apologies for the delay, this issue looks to be separate from our scheduled maintenance tonight. If you're still experiencing issues in the period following our maintenance which is due to start shortly please let me know. Rav

    I am unable to open accounts hosted page atm to log in ?

    Hi Jenny,

    What is happening when you attempt to access the page?

    Are you able to clear your browser cache, close your browser and then try accessing Hosted from here

    Please let me know how you get on

    It has let me in again however keeps dropping out ??

    Hi Jenny,

    Does it occur when you perform a certain task or action?

    Can you please close all active sessions from the Hosted control panel, logout?, close your browser and then try again?

    If you're still having issues, please give our Support team a call on 1300 799 150 and we'll take a closer look into this with you.
