Internal Server Error - Hosted

When trying to logon with user # 2 we were getting the black screen problems. Then we tried to fix it by logging off remote sessions. Once we had logged off remote sessions we then closed the browser and tried to log in again and now we have a "500 - Internal Server Error".
There are no issues with the internet connection - This user has been using this login for 6 months and nothing has changed - This is the only user for this account - there is absolutely no reason why this should not be logging on.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

HI Carolyn.  I don't know if this is really going to fix it, but apart from closing down the browser when you did,.it is also recommended that you first shut the tab you have been using as well.  This means that you will have a new connection the next time around.
However, you also need to be aware that a number of Reckon Hosted users are experiencing severe login problems at present - you could now be another one of them now, although your situation does seem to be different.  There is a good post on the internet regarding this specific problem at:
    https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
The indication from this is that there is a good chance that this is a problem at the Reckon end.  In this case, it might be best for you to contact support.

    Hi Carolyn,
Sorry to hear you are having such issue with your hosted account, One good way to test is to cross check. you can try to login under user #1 if you have multiple accounts and see what happens to the login, this will verify if the issue is on the computer network or if its on the account.
you can also try to login from another device from another location and this will further verify if there is a problem with the hosted account or internet connection.
    hope this helps.

The first thing you need to know about an "Internal Server Error" is that the error can only be resolved by fixes to the Web server software. It is not a client-side problem meaning that the problem is not with our plugin. This is a 'catch-all' error generated by the Web server. Basically something has gone wrong, but the server can not be more specific about the error condition in its response to the client. In addition to the 500 error notified back to the client, the Web server should generate some kind of internal error log which gives more details of what went wrong. It is up to the operators of the Web server site to locate and analyse the logs which should give further information about the error.
