why does the pages load as a list of useless titles and no graphics! I'm sick of being held up by this program that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't! I've tried both Safari and Firefox and both are doing it.

Here Is a screenshot..

Please advise..

Hi Kathii, Try clearing your browsing history. Althernately try Google Chrome. Make sure it is up to date. Also try restarting your PC. Regards Kim Chapman www.chapmanofficeservices.com

    Hi Kathii,
I'm using reckon one and firefox 52.0.2 its working fine for me so don't think its a reckon problem. Here are some help tips: (Reckon did do maintenance work a day or two ago)

Firefox caches websites, which means it saves some files on your machine so that it doesn't have to re-download everything when you visit sites. If a website has updated their code, Firefox may still be using some of the old code along with some of the new, which can make a web page display incorrectly. To fix this, you need to clear the cookies and cache:

    1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu , choose History and select Clear Recent History....
    2. In the Time Range to clear: drop-down, select Everything.
    3. Click the arrow next to Details to display the list of items that can be cleared.
    4. Select both Cookies and Cache.
    5. Click Clear Now.
Now that your cookies and cache are cleared, visit the website again to see if the problem is solved.

Maybe also check to see if you have current Java and adobe flash player. But I'd clear cache first.

    Hope you find a solution.
    Tony
