Log In Issue - NOW RESOLVED

I'm trying to log in this morning (NZ) and can get past the first log-in screen into the dashboard but when I click on Launch Accounts 2016 (I haven't upgraded yet as don't have time), I get a black screen which says "The system could not log you on. Make sure your user name and domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case."  It has a space for my username and password but keeps coming back to the same black screen.  I've logged off remote sessions, closed down my brower and started again and checked and triple checked my credentials are correct but I can't get past the dashboard, any ideas please?  It's month end!  Thanks in advance.

    I also have this issue on a windows 10 PC - I can login on my MAC

    Can someone please advise how this was resolved? I have the same issue currently...
