Having problems getting my Reckon accounts to back up It gets to 99% and says it's not responding.

    Mine does that all the time. It only gets to 24% then stops and says it isn't responding, but it actually is. I wait about 5 minutes then it says it is backing up and appears to. Just another niggle Reckon could fix if they wanted to, but don't.

    I have left it hours and still won't respond so can't back up. I've tried backing up to different drives and to computer and USB. Nothing works

    It looks like you are the person to get help from :-)
    I've always has a problem with back up and I have the same complaint of "not responding" etc but if I leave it long enough it does it's thing.  However this time it gets to 24% in the verifying stage and it "times out" and the system closes down and I can't back up at all?  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
