My sales invoices are no longer recording a sales number?
Hi, my reckon accounts hosted is not recording sales numbers. It ceased last week after the bookkeeper (reckon authorised) created a new user. User has been deleted but sales number recording has not returned. Can someone please help?

Along with the great suggestions above from Kevin & John, if this does not fix the issue, I would recommend rebuilding your data file. To do this go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.
