With Reckon Accounts Premier...
It looks like there is no setting to choose a default template for Purchase Orders. Instead the program is supposed to remember the last one used??
I have created a custom Purchase Order template, but every time I create one I have to remember to choose it manually, as it always reverts to "Reckon Standard PO"
Am I missing something?

Lists - Templates
Make "Reckon Standard PO" Inactive
( Right-Click it and select "Make Template Inactive" )While you are there, make any other templates inactive as desired

I have found its worthwhile making all the templates you dont use inactive -and then I always number the templates... so make it 1.MyBusiness PO...
I agree it doesnt always pick up the one you want it to - but I have found numbering them certainly helps... cheers Linda
