I am trying to import my bank statement into 2017 version.

 I have download QIF file to PC. Uploaded to Reckon. Converted to QBO file. selected account. clicked Ok.  But it does not appear  in the Online Banking  Centre.  
I have tried several times. closed programme and re-opened etc
help please

    Hi Jen2012,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    If you change the Financial Institution selection in the top left of the Online Banking Centre, does the file appear?

    If you have saved the file as a QBO format you can re-import it by File > Utilities > Import > Web Connect files, and select it from the location you saved it.
