Employee Name not showing on Leave Taken Report

Reckon accounts premier ed 2016 - leave taken report has 'dropped off' some employee names - still showing the hrs and dates of leave taken but not the employee name
have tried editing the pay and also deleting the pay for this employee and reentering but this has not rectified the problem

    Hi there,

    Welcome to the Community,

    It's possible that a template has become corrupt, what I'd suggest first is to re-sort your lists and check if the problem persists after that.

    If so, perform a rebuild & verify -

    please note i have reckon payroll premier 2016 not reckon accounts payroll therefore your fixes/print screens/suggestions dont make sense please offer further explanation
