RA Hosted 2017 opening as RA Hosted 2016

I have opened RA Hosted 2017 however the description up the top still says 2016 and the tax tables say they were last updated 1/07/2016. How do I fix this?

    Hi Carolyn,

    Are you using your Reckon Accounts Enterprise (desktop) edition by any chance?

    Logging into Hosted 2017 by using the 2017 button will have a tax table version 1728262, calculations updated for 1/7/2017

    Hi Thus will happen if you access 2016 by accident To resolve you need to logout. Close your browser or even reboot and try again by selecting 2017 R2 If thus doesn't work then contact me on 0418 771 971 John peppas

    Hello,

    we switched from Reckon Accounts premier edition to Reckon Hosted 2017.
    If have entered the opening balance, however when i go to reconcile, the balance keeps coming up as $0.00! Please help.
