How do I export employee bank details?

I need to export all our employee details to give to an external payroll provider. I tried the export function described here > https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/employee-details-export - but this did not include BANK DETAILS or SUPER FUNDS.

Please advise!

    NO you cant export those info , sadly.
    i meant for RA OR RAH
