    Really sorry Paul! Never a good time for these but Friday's are so much worse :( 

    Working on putting things right ASAP.

    Rav I'm using Chrome but it's just a blank white page. It is an older version however.

    Frustrating !!  When is the problem likely to be fixed ???

    Yes the blank page is on Microsoft Edge. On Chrome I get "This page isn't working ... Error 503".

    Thanks Carol & Ken, yes unfortunately a blank white page is also what quite a few users are currently receiving. Its part of the same problem and is being covered in the investigation. Nonetheless, still equally as frustrating :( 

    Work is continuing on this at the moment.

    Not sure whether this is of help, I was using Reckon up until 5 minutes ago. I logged off and now unable to log back on.

    Great. Like many small businesses across Australia we have our BAS due today! It honestly couldn't have come at a more inconvenient time. I'm now anticipating a fine from the ATO

    Hi everyone,

    The issue is now resolved.

    Please try logging in again as normal, if you have any issues please end any active sessions that are present in the Hosted control panel, then logout, close your browser and try again.

    Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused, and thank you all for being so patient.

    Still can't log in.  I now get a 404 server error, file not found.  Help.  Lots of work to do today!

    Hi Tracey,

    Are you able to log in from this page HERE?
    If the problem persists, does the same thing happen when you try logging in from another browser? It might also be worth clearing browser cache/cookies
