Can't email statements correctly from Reckon Hosted

When ever I try to email statements, I get random statements from the past (yes I've got the correct statement dates) or emails with no attached statements at all (because they don't owe anything)

Currently it is taking me back to august 2015..... This then leads to many return complaint emails

Eventually the entire thing freezes up and the only way I can get out is to manually boot myself out via the control panel.... over and over again)

$1200 for this pain

    Hi Sara,

Have you been in touch with our support team to raise a case for this?

Can I grab the case number to follow up on it to see where this at?

Not as yet... I've only discovered this afternoon and being this time of the month, I really don't have time to waste on the phone so have printed for the post - printing works perfectly

Thanks Kevin, But for the price I pay I'm going to expect a properly functioning program. Hopefully it will be resolved.
I need it to be efficient and I need it to operate from anywhere

I've had the same problem. Each time I run the email option it has more and more emails to send. Started off with 176 and after 4 attempts tried to send 365 emails. It is also pulling up invoices (not statements) from May 2017 that are paid for and closed. Printing creates the correct invoices.
