I'm trying to open 2017 hosted and it's aying that 2016 cannot open my file because it has been upda

I select 2017 hosted version but then get an error to say that the 2016 version cannot open my file as it has been updated to a newer version. It seems that the 2017 selection is running the 2016 version. This has only happened as of today.
