Hosted keeps disconnecting

Becoming really frustrated with Accounts Hosted - keeps disconnecting while I'm working and then tells me that I can't log in as I'm already logged in!  For the last 3 days I have had to ring technical support to log back on.  This is not good enough!

    Suzanne.  You should be able to fix the log back in problem by first going to the Control Panel (before you launch Hosted) going to Log Off Remote Sessions and then clearing any active sessions, then log out, close down your browser, re-open and go through the logon process again.

    Thanks John.  Yes that worked.  Technical Support just advised me also that I should use Firefox browser instead of Chrome.  I think I prefer the desktop versions where these issues didn't exist.

    Its your internet connection. Talk to Telstra about a QOS ( quality of service) Hosted doesnt disconnect on its own. I use it every day
