when I go to print reports or pay slips this code comes up and then it shuts down

    Hi there, welcome to the Reckon Community

    I'd recommend starting with deleting the Qcompany.tps file. Firstly, fully close down Payroll Premier.

    This is the path if your file is stored locally ie. not on a network -
    C: hard drive > Program Files > QPRollvXX folder > Data folder. Delete the QCompany.TPS file.
    * Where XX represents your version of Payroll Premier.

    This file is re-created when you next open Payroll Premier.
