Having trouble to save 'make a payment' or 'receiving money' under day to day

I am an ex-hosted user and just migrated to reckon one.
In reckon one, I was trying to record a payment or receiving money (sale data). I have put in all the mandatory fields: Date, Account, Contact and Amount. But it just doesn't allow me to save the transaction. I can't work out what cause it, certainly need some help here. Thank you very much.

    Can you let me know which browser you're using when you encounter this?

    Does the same problem happen when you try this on an alternative browser?

    You are right. I was using firefox 54.0.1. Switched to IE, seems all good now.

    It looks like we're having some intermittent troubles with saving actions using the Firefox browser, our Development team is continuing to investigate this at the moment.
