Hi Aleisha. I have occasionally experienced that too, but have usually got on by following the steps of logging out using the control panel, shutting down the browser and starting again. I did have one day a couple of weeks ago where I just could not logon using IE11 and I had to go back to Chrome for a brief period of time. This could have been during one of those days where there were other Reckon issues evident across the system.
