i log in to hosted and press launch account button and am sent to help page is this normal?

    Yes we have but unable to select the folder that the company file is backed up to- on either c drive or memory stick- i have saved it to 2 locations

    Hi Jan.  I am not sure what you are trying to do here, but you cannot open the company file from either the C drive or a USB drive.  You have to open the file name from within Reckon Hosted itself.  If you don't already have the file within Hosted, you will have to import it first from your external source, using the floating toolbar from within Hosted.

    Yes I get that. The problem is that I am trying to upload my company files from Reckon back up files (old non hosted version) for the first time to start using the hosted version. I can get to the launch panel but no further as when I try to upload my back up company file the only options available are not where my files are backed up - to c drive or memory stick. The only options are where I guess the files will be available once I have everything set up.
