Having problems with Reckon Hosted since 2pm Sydney time. Company file loads ok but then receive an error message saying Reckon needs to abort and close.
we are trying to log into accounts hosted to type out some important invoices but it keep saying that someone else is logged in even though nobody is logged in. So frustrating as we need to send invoices today
mine comes up with errors (-6000, -80) can i bill reckon for lost of work hours it impedes badly on my customers no black screen have logged off prev users just aborts and comes up with error above
Hi all, We're currently in the process of rebooting the affected file server which hopefully yields the result we're looking for. Once that is done the team will perform some testing.

still nothing i seem to be only one that gets up to pass word then tells me to contact reckon support ring them they tell e theres an issue look at community and issue is totally diff to mine HELP
I am still having problems also, it is either the black screen or it will go past that and when I try to log in to a company quickbooks is not responding so I have to can it and then when I try to log back in it is the blank screen again. I have used the log out option as you said in the previous message but I can not see any option that allows to end all active sessions. Richard
Tony, The issue and error message you are experiencing is part of the current problem that we're working on. Be assured that we're working on this at the highest priority.
The attempt to login with the user name ädmin" failed. The user is already logged into the company file. If possible, try logging in using a different user name... There isn't another user name and nobody else is logged in. !!!!!!!!!!!
hate this programme, it's always playing up.... grrrrrr
BTW, I contact tech support and lucky for me only 16 mins waiting and he told me we should all be up and running within 30 mins (that was at 3.20pm Qld time). Don't hold your breath people.
