Is there a charge to add an additional user to be access a Book?

I have a number of books.  One of which is for a small NFP that Iset up when I was Treasurer.  I am trying to give the new Treasurer access but he is under the impression that would mean an additional charge to the Charity?

    Hi Steve,

    There is no additional charge to share a book or add a staff member to your Reckon One book.
