I use Reckon Hosted for my Business & I have sold the businees and want to have my company file & the ability to be able to read it on a single PC. This will eliminate the ongoing monthly service fee for access. I just need to be able to read the company file. What are my options??

    According to Reckon when I asked for the desktop licence a few years ago that we had previously been supplied with I received the following:-

    "As advised before we provide a complimentary desktop licence with Accounts Hosted Premium licence only. You may call us on 1800 732 566 for further assistance on the same.

    Please let us know if you spoke to someone who advised you that you will receive a complimentary desktop licence with your Accounts Hosted Standard Lic."

    I pay for 10 Reckon Accounts Hosted licences which are now $630.00 p/a without the desktop licence still.
