Windows 10 upgrade, can't email invoices from Reckon Accounts Premier 2017

Just had a Windows 10 update on my computer, and discovered I now can't email invoices from the program. it says "printer not activated, error code -30". I'm using Reckon Accounts Premier 2017, and could -before-update- use the email and save as pdf function fine.

Also, I rang Reckon support, and they tried to help, but couldn't, and said they'd do a remote desktop to try and fix it, this was early last week and I haven't heard back from them...0

Yes, kind of - open Reckon and Outlook as "run as administrator"
Another computer I more recently installed it on works fine; not sure why the difference.0
