session jammed

my session in jammed in the middle of emailing pay slips, I cant get out, can anyone help

    Hi Mark,
    Is it frozen? ie. you can't click or do anything?

    Try pressing Alt+Tab to see if there are any windows open in the background that are awaiting an action or prompt

    If not, try logging off your active session in the Hosted control panel and then logging out. Give it a few minutes and the retry
