Time data glitch in payroll
I am paying employees based on time data. When I am in the processing screen, I notice that the wrong person's times are coming into several employee's payroll.
It's only happening for about 40% of them. The rest are fine. I have checked and the timesheets are correct for the employees in question.
I have logged out and back in, hoping to fix the glitch. No luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Shisir1. I am importing the time data as an IIF file, originating from Excel timesheet files. When I check the time data in the employee timesheets it is showing correctly.
2. I have done this before in the same company file successfully.

It is always tricky when you import 3rd party data into Reckon Accounts, as you can see there are lots of headers and columns etc in those IIF files and something can always go wrong or point to the wrong tables.
You can import the timesheets created from Reckon timer as explained in KB http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4375 . Could you please try to create a timer file from this 'Reckon timer' and compare it with your excel timer to see if it could point anything out of order in terms of columns and headers?
