I have been receiving the following error message a lot recently when I try to launch Accounts Hosted 2017: "This page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 50" - why has this started happening?

    Hi Jenny,
    How often would you say this problem is occurring?

    Which browser are you using when you run into this problem? 
    Does the same thing occur if you test on an alternative browser?

    Hi Rav
    Occurs every day when I try to log in. I use Google Chrome.  I haven't tried it on IE as I am unable to print to pdf when using that browser.
