Even if on annual salary - hours worked should be recorded each payday... so then when you are entering either personal leave or annual leave on a second line - and you enter the hours of leave taken and reduce the salary by this amount - it should apportion the salary for the pay period based upon the split of hours... does that make sense?0

I have been entering this way, but the "normal" hours don't automatically reduce by the annual leave hours.0
