reckon accounts cannot open this file because it is not a valid reckon accounts portable company fil

Hi
My client has Reckon Hosted 2018.  I downloaded their portable file QBM to view offline & then installed Reckon Accounts Enterprise: Accountant Edition 2018.  I go to open the portable file, which it then asks me to save the file as Qbw.  When I type in any name for the file, it says

"reckon accounts cannot open this file because it is not a valid reckon accounts portable company file" 

What am I doing wrong?
