How do I charge an item to a customer please

    This video does not show me how to charge to a customers account.  
    Can someone please assist me

    Hi Eleanor
    If you're referring to charging to add a balance to a customer ie. an invoice rather than a sales receipt then this functionality isn't available in Reckon Cloud POS as yet. I can see that there is a feature request for this in the Reckon Ideas portal and I'd recommend that you add your vote to it as well as we're looking at building Reckon Cloud POS further based on user guided feedback.
