    Hello Soni,

I guess the file you are referring to is a company file? Depending on what version of the software you were using to create the company file in the first place and the version of the software you are using to open the company file, as well as was the company file created with a password which you will need to enter to open the file.

To give a meaningful answer I need to know these things.

it is the error message coming that you do not have sufficient permisson to delete the files in the multi user mode

    Hi Soni,

A message like that means the file was created by the administrator and unless you have administrator privileges you cannot delete the file.

    Hi Soni,

It sounds like Reckon Accounts does not have sufficient permissions to the folder where your company file is stored.  Please follow the steps in this guide.

    regards,
    John
