Trying to install Reckon Accounts Desktop Trial on Windows 10 but install keeps failing

Trying to install Reckon Accounts Desktop Trial on Windows 10 but install keeps failing. I have disabled anti-virus and tried installing as administrator (although i am logged as admin). Help please, i really need to trial this before eoy.

    IS there any error code/message?  Perhaps a message in the Event Viewer of Win10 ?   I assume you have plenty of disk space, and that you've got a decent download of the trial software (sometimes downloading can corrupt - so try to fetch again).

    See if you can explain the screens that you see, up to the point of failure.

    Popup just says Installation was interrupted before it could be completed. Tried a fresh download, just in case. Put trial key in, installs MS Runtime Library-Payment Services Requirements, flicks through a couple of popups very quickly to  Installation was terminated before reckon could be installed...image

    Ok turns out the print spooler needed to be stopped and restarted,

    Are you installing using the built in administrator? Have you renamed the installation directory? There is a support note for this
