Can't print invoice

Hi all, 
It appears that sometime over the weekend our Accounts Hosted version has had an upgrade and consequently i can no longer print a hard copy of an invoice. I used to select the print option and it would save it as a .pdf file which i could then print off. It appears that i can no longer do this. 
When i select print it tells me it is printing, but to where who knows, also when i go into printer settings the printer name is " Reckon Printer (redirected 28) on TS013" which means nothing to me and it is grayed out and can not be changed.
We are running Windows 10 and i am using Chrome
Any help would be appreciated.

    Try disabling the popup blocking for the Reckon Hosted site in your browser

    Thanks guys, it was the popup thing, as soon as i enabled it i was able to print the invoices
