Does any one know the current average wait time for the Technical Help Desk to answer a call?
I have been currently onhold for over an hour & I'm starting to lose hope... and my mind listening to the hold music - LOL

The team are certainly pretty busy at the moment but they're doing their best to get through all calls as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
We've got a callback service on some of our lines including AU Reckon Accounts Hosted so that a technician can call you back rather than waiting on hold, you won't lose your place in queue.

The callback service is in operation and you'll be presented that option before going on hold.
Yes, Thanks Rav. I appreciate the business of this time of year. I was not given the call back option when I called unfortunately. All good now. I am spreaking to someone now. :-)
Yes, Thank you.. I didnt recieve the option for a callback or anything when I called.
Luckly, mine is not due to the upgrade, but I think I am causing some scratching of the heads by the sounds of it all.
