What is this error when emailing invoice, estimates etc. please....

What is this error when emailing invoice, estimates etc. please.... ! Server Busy: This action cannot be completed because the "Invoice from so and so - Message (Plain Text)" program is not responding. Choose "Switch To" and correct problem.

    Julie.  Going back two or three years ago, it seemed that one of the reasons that this occurred was because Outlook (if you were using Outlook) needed to be running before you attempted to email out of Reckon.

    Hi Julie. I have the same problem in Enterprise. I just ignore the error and it still emails ok! I've had the same unresolved problem for years. About time some of the developers USED the program?
