I don't have a smartphone to install the Google Authenticator app, is there any other way I can setup the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) access for Single Touch Payroll (STP)?

    The answer is no there isn't. You either have to use a smart phone on a tablet. It only require the scanning of the code the very first time it is enabled. You can download an app called Authy which yu can download to your desktop so you don't need a phone to useit
