I have been on hold for two hours and the call back setting on the members area is not working

I have been on hold for two hours and cannot activate the call back request..
The employee payment summaries ...one employees total gross is different to the profit and loss total wages..

    Is it due to a deduction perhaps, not posted to P&L ?

    Hi Nicole,
    I'm really sorry that we've kept you waiting so long, the teams have certainly been kept busy this EOFY. Currently callbacks are unavailable while we prioritise getting through everyone who is currently waiting in the queue.

    In regard to this employee, is there anything different in their setup or pay? ie. tax exempt items, super, salary sacrifice etc?

    This is an employee that has left and the final pay has an amount of sick leave ...the amount looks similar to sick leave amount but not same total

    No deductions just stocked standard employee on basic wage
