Payroll Premier STP report Export button missing

When i process STP report in Payroll Premier the report does not fully open i cannot see the export button, the minimize or maximize does not work.

    Are you able to post a screenshot of this so we can get a better idea of what you're seeing.

    i have previously sent you an email however attached is what i see, i cannot see the buttons to the right of the screen, they are locked.  image

    Rav i need an answer to this question.  i cannot download as i cannot see the export button.

    Hi Karan,
    Adjust your screen resolution so that the full application can display.

    You'll find this in your PC display settings (example below)
