Problem with e-mail/print. Error message comes up as -

Having trouble when I e-mail/print. Error message comes up as - The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file. The windows error was "The file exists"  Definitely no one else is in the file nor is it being used. This only happened when i upgraded to the 2018 new version of premier . Have to hit the ok button 5 times before i can email or print anything, very frustrating
