Cannot Print

Since yesterday we have been unable to print, there are no popup blockers on and we have tried saving a PDF first and that does not work either. Any other ideas to rectify the issue. Cheers

    Anddddd now it is not emailing, but it did yesterday

    Nancy,
    What is happening specifically when you try printing?
    What is process you are going through specifically? Can you outline it for us so we can understand where in the process its failing.

    Same thing for emailing, what is happening specifically when you try to send emails?

    Reckon has frozen, mid loading a screen, when I log off and log back in, it goes straight to that half downloaded page.....

    When I try and print, the drop menu where I select my printer is greyed our and can't be selected. The email looks to have sent the email but it is not being received on the other end. We have trialed it on a few email addresses.

    I cant print either, the print box comes up then I click ok, and nothing happends.  Only way I can print an invoice atm is to email it to my self :(

    Nancy, are you referring to the print box in my screenshot below?
    If so, then the option to change the printer from this box has never been an option in Reckon Accounts Hosted.
    To change a destination printer, click on PRINT on that box and a new window will open (only if you have enabled popups as listed HERE) which will allow you to change printers and print (see my second screenshot)

    When I try to print in Reckon Accounts Hosted nothing happens

    Yes, I pressed that too and when you click on the change button, our default printer is not listed but it is listed in control panel and we can print from all other programs.

    Allow pop ups and all then is good

    hi my print and pdf function on drop down box only on suppliers invoices is greyed out
