Hi we ran a subscription update last week and now payroll is unable to email payslip to our staff. i checkke and both Payslip an and Payment summary were set at "Both " for all staff. what can we do?

    I had the same problem, close down your email program, then try to email the payslips, they seem to go through ok.
    It was suggested in this forum, I tried it and it seems to work.
