Account Expired - URGENT HELP
Account expired? Just tried to log in to Reckon Hosted and it is saying my account has expired. I have tried calling Reckon support however it is saying it is out of business hours. I have managed to log into my Customer Portal but there is nothing there to help me, I need to access our account urgently, . Is there anything else I can do or anyone else who can help me? Thank

by chance, is your QBW (Company data file) shared to your accountant or another party that has an active account for accessing it on your behalf in the interim this weekend?
Check your email for 'trash, spam, clutter, junk' depending on what program you use, and SEARCH for emails that come from: [email protected] with a subject line: Accounts Hosted Annual Licence - Due for Renewal
Perhaps the email is sitting in a hidden place for you.
