Account Expired - URGENT HELP

Account expired?  Just tried to log in to Reckon Hosted and it is saying my account has expired.  I have tried calling Reckon support however it is saying it is out of business hours. I have managed to log into my Customer Portal but there is nothing there to help me,  I need to access our account urgently, .  Is there anything else I can do or anyone else who can help me?  Thank

    Nope. I think youre in trouble. Did you even get the rènewal advice?

    I don't believe you can access the account at all.  Happened to me once - always at the worst possible time.

    by chance, is your QBW (Company data file) shared to your accountant or another party that has an active account for accessing it on your behalf in the interim this weekend?


    Check your email for 'trash, spam, clutter, junk' depending on what program you use,  and SEARCH for emails that come from:  [email protected]   with a subject line:   Accounts Hosted Annual Licence - Due for Renewal

    Perhaps the email is sitting in a hidden place for you.

    Thanks everyone, just found it it was paid late by Admin :( so frustrating when I assign my only free day to catch up .

    I think you might owe Reckon an apology. Do you forget to pay your car reg too? I can guarantee the RTA will not be as forgiving.

    Possibly re-read my support question. I was not rude, accusing of reckoning or faulted the issue to reckon... I had never seen this before so I was asking for online community support... I don't think I am the one who owes someone an apology... FYI Gary's answer was what I needed to see and was very helpful and I would not know I could do that if I didn't post on here.
