**RESOLVED** Reckon Community - Page not found error (19 September 2018)

Hi everyone,

The Reckon Community is currently experiencing issues displaying content from threads.

This is a wider issue stemming from our forum platform provider and is not isolated to just our Community. 

Unfortunately this means that some threads are inaccessible for interaction by other forum members and us as Admins.

You may encounter an error page such as the screenshot below. This is currently under investigation by our forum provider.

    Hi everyone,
    Our forum provider has advised this issue is now resolved.

    Unfortunately, some threads/replies made between 5:30pm - 10:00pm AEST on Tuesday 18 September and 1:00am - 8:00am Wednesday 19 September have been lost and are irretrievable.

    The cause of the issue was related to a server hosting a database which serves a number of Communities that our forum provider serves.

    There will be a period of maintenance occurring early next month in order to ensure this does not occur again moving forward. Maintenance will affect the availability of the Reckon Community for a short period of time and I will post schedule details of this a little closer to the time.

    Sincere apologies if you were affected by the issues over the last couple of days and thank you for your patience.
