Printer not working

I recently installed a new printer but it will not connect to reckon hosted to print reports etc. The printer drop down box is disabled, so am unable to see any other printers.

    Karen. The first step in Hosted printing is to create a PDF of your document. Once you do thi the next step is to pint to your local printer If you are able to use your new printer to print in any other program, the therre should not be any problem to print off your PDF report produced by Reckon. At what point can,t you print off your Reckon reports - the second step detailed above? John L G

    Andy.  When working in Reckon Hosted and wanting to print any document, the first step in the print process (after you click on print), requires Reckon Hosted to create a PDF document.  When you complete this step, the next step is to print off that PDF document to your local printer or save that PDF document first - whichever you decide to choose.
    The Brother Printer Repair service has nothing to do with Reckon.  You will need to go to the Brother website and make enquiries there to sort out your local printer problems if you have any.  An alternative is to make a google search of your specific problem to try get an answer or speak with your IT Specialist..
