What does this mean "Gateway user name is missing" when using Reckon Hosted, and how do I resolve it

    Can you let me know where you're encountering that message?

    Are you trying to login or are you performing tasks/actions within your file when you receive it?

    Are you able to post a screenshot of the message as well please

    Trying to perform tasks but I can't because of this msg, also and "Failed authentication user token" In fact I haven't been able to work in Reckon this week at all.  It is exceptionally slow in responding to anything. I'm not at home right now so can't take a screenshot.
